A New Desire
 
Psalms 37:4-5 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. (5) Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. (KJV)
 
So where does your delight come from today; is it based on outward events and circumstances, or are you one of the few that has found the inward delight that can only come from above? If you commit yourself to the Lord and stay committed, well, He will stay committed to you as well so that your life will never become stale. You know, with a new heart will come a new desire, something that you definitely should be seeking after.
 
Ezekiel 11:18-20 And they shall come thither, and they shall take away all the detestable things thereof and all the abominations thereof from thence. (19) And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh: (20) That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God. (KJV)
 
Verse 19 talks about one heart, as well as a new spirit. In order to continue your walk on the path of life that our Lord ordained for you to walk on you will need to keep your mind renewed daily to the things above otherwise you will fall for any cheap hoax below. The Lord did a heart transplant on us once we received His plan of salvation, taking out the stony hard heart and replacing it with something that He can work with and mold, like clay. However, just like with clay, one needs a daily dose of living waters to keep it pliable, or else it will harden again.
 
Mark 4:3-6 Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow: (4) And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up. (5) And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth: (6) But when the sun was up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away. (KJV)
 
Here we see some examples of what happens when a Christian no longer desires the things above, but rather starts looking elsewhere, thinking that something here on earth would ever satisfy an inward hunger. You know, one of the first things a good farmer will do is go into a field and pick all the rocks out of it before planting a crop. Without some good soil to work with, as well as living waters, the plant will not take root and will eventually wither away. Many of God’s people experience the same results when they no longer seek the things above but rather put their hand to the plow and then look back behind them for answers again.
 
Mark 4:18-20 And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, (19) And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful. (20) And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred. (KJV)
 
You know, once you get your Spiritual house in order it is up to you to keep a watch over it and not allow anything contrary to sound doctrine to enter back in and mess it up. Verse 19 gives us a clear example of what is not desirable as far as the kingdom of God is concerned, and will choke the life out of the believer if they continue to pursue these things. Contrary to what many are teaching today, you know where they make it appear that God owes us a hundred fold return on our carnal riches, we are actually the ones who need to be bringing forth and bearing a hundred fold return on His seed, which is Spiritual. Christ is the only seed; the word of God is the only thing that we should be desiring and becoming rooted and grounded in; while anything else will just dry up and be blown away with many winds of doctrines.

A New Desire
 
Psalms 37:4-5 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. (5) Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. (KJV)
 
You will find that with any document or contract that there are terms and conditions that are written into them that explain how it works, or is made void and nullified. Our Father in heaven left mankind a will, His will and desire for mankind so that the time that they spend here on this earth would be blessed, as well as their eternal time once they leave this earth. Knowing for yourself how and why God responds to your prayer or desires, petition would be another way of putting it, will build a trust and confidence so that you can know and not have to guess that they have been heard and answered as well.
 
Proverbs 3:13-15 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding. (14) For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold. (15) She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her. (KJV)
 
Oh if you could just bottle this up and then give someone a taste, then they would see how much greater the Spiritual is compared to this carnal fallen realm. In order to find wisdom and understanding, you would need to make these things a desire, or let’s say a priority in your life. This is where many draw the line, call it quits, looking more at what they are walking away from instead of the newness of life that they are walking into. With a new heart will come a new desire, a desire for the things pertaining to the Spirit, no longer being influenced and overwhelmed with the things of the flesh. So start looking up Church, and you won’t be let down by the things of this fallen realm that can never satisfy or bring peace and contentment to the inner man.
 
Ephesians 2:1-3 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; (2) Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: (3) Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. (KJV)
 
The term quickened refers to bringing back to life. So your dead end life was a result of the dead end desires you sought after and thought would bring peace. The sad truth is that many of God’s own people are brought back to life for a season; however, that season dies when they think that they can still incorporate the old things with the new man in Christ. A life that we thought would be fulfilled by carnal things needs to be replaced with a desire for the Spiritual things of God if one truly desires to make it to their eternal destination. You will find someday when standing before the Lord and giving an account of what you desired here on earth, that you will definitely desire to hear the statement “well done good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of the Lord”.
 
Matthew 4:2-4 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred. (3) And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. (4) But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. (KJV)
 
You know, the enemy took a shot at our Lord at a time when the flesh definitely desired to be fed. However, our Lord knew that in order to live He would need to keep His body in subjection to the Spirit, and desire the Spiritual over the carnal. So what is your desire today, and are you feeding the inward first before seeking the outward?

If one has not the Spirit of Christ they are none of His!

As Amos 8:11; there is a famine of hearing the words of the Lord and many today are running to and fro to organizations seeking the Lord and are unable to hear Him because they began in the Spirit but are trying to perfect it by the flesh, by giving more ear to man's traditions and doctrines, instead of seeking God the Father with Spiritual ears to hear the Word of truth straight from His throne of grace given us in His Son Christ Jesus.

Good morning. Today's video Second to None is on the topic of Salvation through the second man revealed from heaven and there is none other by which you must be saved.

Who is second to none? Do you know? It is given unto you to know the mystery of the kingdom of God. For if you know, then you will know all things that were freely given unto you of God and the question marks removed. Your eyes will be enlightened to the first born among many brethren; you will understand the elder (flesh) shall serve the younger (Spirit). You will see the kingdom of God that is within you, to enter in at the straight gate on the narrow path that few find which leads unto eternal life; and that life is in His Son.
 
Matthew 7:21-22 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. (22) Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? (KJV)
 
Mark 9:41 For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward. (KJV)
 
John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (KJV)
 
Do you know his name? There is no other name given under heaven whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:10-12). Many know the man named Jesus, born of a woman (flesh); but few know Christ, the Son of God (Spirit) given.
 
Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born (Jesus of Nazareth, born of water), unto us a son is given (Christ, the Son of God given, Spirit): and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. (KJV)
 
Do you believe in his name? Many believe in Jesus because he was seen in the flesh, and he is preached of by many. Few believe in the name of the only begotten Son of God because he is unseen, and few preach of him. But do know of these two was one new man made; and death is swallowed up in victory. The man Christ Jesus; the one mediator between God and men. He made this same Jesus, who was crucified, both Lord and Christ.
 
1 Corinthians 15:42-49 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: (43) It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: (44) It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. (45) And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. (46) Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. (47) The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. (48) As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. (49) And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. (KJV)
 
Romans 1:1-7 Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God, (2) (Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,) (3) Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; (4) And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead: (5) By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name: (6) Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ: (7) To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. (KJV)
 
The second man, the Lord from heaven can enlighten you to the realm of the Spirit if you receive the witness of God, which is greater than that of men, which He has testified of His Son. We are to know no man after the flesh, and though we have known Christ after the flesh (Jesus) we are to know him no more according to the flesh. The flesh profits nothing, it is the spirit that gives life, therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things are passed away; behold all things are become new. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. To see the kingdom of God and enter in you must be born again (John 3:3-8), of water (womb) and of the Spirit.
 
Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. (KJV)
 
Romans 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. (KJV)
 
So church, be complete and understand that there is a second man from heaven waiting to reveal himself unto you and give you the power needed to overcome your lower nature and to become the sons/daughters of God because you received him and believed on his name. Jesus Christ said I go unto my Father and your Father, and to my God and your God (John 20:17). When you were born again God sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your heart, crying, Abba, Father (Galatians 4:6).
 
It is a mystery that should be second to none; Christ in you the hope of glory. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. God bless, keep the faith, and let Christ dwell in you richly being second to none.

Do you truly know who and what you received when you were born again? You should know, for it is given unto you to know the mystery of the kingdom of God (Mark 4:11). Read Luke 24:13-53. Have you asked? We should be going unto God our Father through His Son Jesus Christ and asking Him to guide us by His Holy Spirit into all truth; and then be open to receive what He enlightens the eyes of our understanding unto. Coming to Him as a child with our hearts open, ready to receive what He has prepared for us to know.
 
1 John 3:22-23 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. (23) And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. (KJV)
 
John 1:11-14 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. (12) But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: (13) Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. (14) And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. Read Acts 1:8, Romans 1:16, 1Corinthians 1:24 & 30.
 
Do you truly know what name you should be professing? You should know, for there is no other name given under heaven whereby we must be saved, and that name is Jesus Christ (Acts 4:10-12). This is the name that will make you whole spirit, soul, and body. It is the name that gets you access to the throne of God to receive mercy and grace in time of need; and to receive the mystery of His kingdom. No other name will get you access to the kingdom of God that is within you. Why do you receive the witness of men, but not the witness of God which is greater (1 John 5:9-15)?
 
Matthew 11:27 (KJV) All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. (KJV)
 
Do you truly know who you should be confessing (acknowledging)? You should know. For He is the power and wisdom of God; and He is the power of God unto salvation to those who believe; and He is the only one who can reveal the Father unto you. You should be open to the revelation of the mystery of the gospel. Are you? Or will you hold more to the traditions and doctrines that men have taught you? Are you willing to let go of what men have taught you concerning God and His Son? You should be receiving the witness of God which is greater!
 
Luke 12:8-12 Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: (9) But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God. (10) And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven. (11) And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say: For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say. (KJV)

Philippians 2:8-12 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. John 20:30-31 And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book: (31) But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name. (KJV)
 
You should not receive the witness of men, but the witness of God which is greater concerning His Son. And when you receive the revelation concerning His Son, and the name He acknowledges as His, then walk in that truth and liberty; And you will remain free to receive all that God has prepared for those who love Him.
